Explant Kit

1. When an implanted TAH-t is removed, it should be placed in an Explant Kit and returned to SynCardia
2. Kit contains two jars of a specimen fixative
3. Explant Kit is automatically shipped upon purchase of a TAH-t. Do not order unless replacement is required
